Q: Where can I download this App?
- How did you make it to the FAQs page before going to the Getting Started Page? Go there now and download the App, then come back here.
Q: Is this game available for iOS devices?
- No, unfortunately not. Our suggestion is to get a real phone for adults.
Q: Who made the App?
- This app was designed by the amazing Bul Zipke. He is very busy and is constantly bombarded with questions about the app, so in an attempt to lessen the stress on his shoulders, we have created this page, the facebook pages, the forums, all to benefit the community of awesome Tamers, such as yourself. Please do not bother him, any and all concerns/questions should come to the community first.
Q: Why do I keep losing battles?
- It's all about training. If you lost to someone all it means is they trained more then you did. Your partner's level, and their partner's level ultimately doesn't matter, all that matters is how many times either of you trained.
Q: How do I keep track of Training?
- Do you have a pen and paper handy? The only option is to manually keep track, if you care to keep track at all. Sometimes it can be kinda fun to not know. Over on the Forums, a Tamer by the name Druidwolf came up with a Simple(ish) and paperless way to keep track.
Q: What can I do if it's stuck on "Registering on Server"?
- This could be one of a few things. What you can do to attempt to fix it; first back out of the app and force stop it, then re-enter. If that hasn't fixed the problem, change your connection. If you're using Wifi, turn it off and use your 3g/4g data to connect. (or vice-versa) If this is the first time you're starting the app, you may need to uninstall and reinstall, but only do this as a last resort.
Q: My partner evo-failed, what do I do now?
- Well you have a few options here. Since Rookie/Child levels can't evo fail you most likely have a Champion/Adult or an Ultimate/Perfect level. If you really like the Digimon you have, just keep training it! You can have a really strong Champion on the server, fooling others into thinking you're easy prey! OR You can Jogress your Digimon, combined it with a compatible Digimon.
Q: I tried to Jogress but got "MisMatch" what happened?
- Your Digimon just weren't compatible. You can't Jogress with just any Digimon, head on over to the Jogress Chart and find out who your partner is compatible with.
Q: Why is (Insert feature here) from the old version missing in this new version?
- The current version is more of an Open Beta, rather than a final product. More updates will come adding new features as it does. We just ask you be patient.
Q: I Checked my Digimon and there's just a Computer there now, what happened?
- Alright, you're going to want to sit down for this.... Your partner has died. I'm sorry. There's a tiny button between the second and third buttons, it's a reset button, go ahead and press it. Your lost partner will be saved as a DigiMemory and you can begin raising a new one (or the same one).
Q: Why didn't my partner evolve into the Digimon I wanted?
- Chances are it was Care Mistakes. The most common of which is waking up your partner when they've gone to sleep for the night. Our advice, if you want to keep training, but not get a care mistake, change the time on your phone. Keep faith, you can still recover, a B route Champion can still digivolve to an A route Ultimate.
Q: Why do some users say Adult or Perfect, while others say Champion or Ultimate when referring to their Partner's level?
- You will no doubt encounter this a lot, even on this page. The original Japanese names for the different Levels of Digimon are as follows; Egg -> Baby I -> Baby II -> Child -> Adult -> Perfect -> Ultimate -> Super Ultimate. When translated to English, it was changed to; Egg -> Baby -> In-training -> Rookie -> Champion -> Ultimate -> Mega. The English Translations never created a specific term for any level beyond Mega, and thus referred to Digimon such as Omnimon/Omegamon as just Mega. As such, the community as a whole has at least agreed that any Digimon beyond the Mega should still be referred to as Super Ultimate.
